My fiance and I hired Sheila as our agent for our new home build purchase in Leesburg in the Fall of 2020. As both of us were first time buyers, we came in knowing very little about the process, the negotiating strategies, or the things to look out for. Thank god for Sheila, because she walked us through the entire process, from the time we signed the papers in early November, to the day we moved in this May. I have nothing but good things to say about Sheila, and would recommend her to anyone. After working with Sheila, the idea that some people go through a new-build process WITHOUT an agent is baffling to me. She adds SO much value, it can't be quantified. Hire Sheila.
